What is Your Worldview?
We all have a worldview, whether we know it or not.
Our worldview is developed through our upbringing and our culture.
We think, respond, and react according to our own worldview.
Our worldview can change through life's experiences.
The reason we don't agree at times is because we have a different worldview from somebody else, and we don't understand theirs.
The Christian worldview is based on who God is, fully revealed to all of us in Jesus Christ.
The Christian worldview shows us who our Creator is and why we were created. The Christian worldview shows us our true identity.
So what is our true identity? We are simply and profoundly God's children! Think about this!
What did God create us for? He created us to have fellowship with Him. Again, simple yet profound. Think about this!
I love the peace this brings to my heart!
In a world where we all seem to be fighting to retain our own worldviews, why don't we instead push more towards a life lived as God intended?
I invite you to have a deep think about what it means to be a child of God! I invite you to have a deep think about why God created you!
It could change your life!
Acts 17:28 - "For in him we live and move and have our being.’ As some of your own poets have said, ‘We are his offspring.’"
Colossians 2:8-10 - "See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the elemental spiritual forces of this world rather than on Christ. For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form, and in Christ you have been brought to fullness. He is the head over every power and authority".
